the countdown continues

i feel rather unproductive because i got very little done today in terms of preparing for traveling. i instead worked on finishing up some eBay transactions, which is good, because I made some money, but doesn't really help me feel a little less panicked about everything i have to do before i leave next thursday.

i just picked my sister up from the airport, which is great, and she has offered to help me with some of my packing and cleaning up of things, so perhaps it will get done in time... we will see
